Who is Laura Kuenssberg?
Laura Kuenssberg is a political journalist, and was born in 1976.
Her paternal grandfather, Ekkehard von Kuennsberg, was a doctor who founded the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Laura’s maternal grandfather was a Scottish high court judge.

Laura’s father Nick was a businessman who worked for a textile company, while her mother worked in children’s services, for which she received a CBE.
Laura grew up in Glasgow and has an older brother and sister, the latter of whom, Joanna Kuenssberg, was the High Commissioner of the UK to Mozambique.
In her early years, Laura went to an all-girls private school before studying for a degree in history at the University of Edinburgh.
After graduating from university, Laura studied journalism in Washington DC, and began working with American broadcaster NBC News.

What is Laura Kuenssberg’s net worth?
Laura began her career with the BBC at BBC North East and Cumbria in 2000.
She was later promoted to be the broadcaster’s chief political correspondent.
However she left the BBC in 2011 to be the ITV News business editor.
After nearly three years, Laura returned to the BBC to present Newsnight in 2014, before being appointed as the BBC’s political editor in 2015.
